JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Capital Manager will assist to oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project teams and line management. In this role, you will contribute to review project proposals to resolve timeframe, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Participate in identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resource requirements.
Ensure all relevant project data is entering into the project and performance management tools and all documentation and paperwork is collected and archived to leverage on similar future projects.
Ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and detailed information is available when required.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
