Digital Transformation - AI Enablement Lead - São Paulo/SP
Job Purpose and Impact
The Digital Transformation - AI Enablement Lead will lead and support the strategic portfolio of AI projects and programs across Ag&T LATAM, including processes standardization, intake and value case guidelines, and prioritization criteria and methods based on enterprise strategy.
Within the Smart MSC and AI Studio context, this role will provide transparency into AI and digital initiatives, coordinate portfolio governance and execution follow-up, and support the progression of initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, business readiness, adoption and measurable value realization in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Validate and prioritize portfolio projects and AI initiatives, monitor progress, ensure appropriate resource needs, manage the portfolio management dashboard, and provide training and enablement to portfolio stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio and project management practices in alignment with the standard framework and company guidelines to ensure goals and strategic priorities are met.
- Manage portfolio reporting and reviews across the enterprise or function by removing impediments, prioritizing opportunity backlogs, overseeing initiative-level stage gate tracking, and analyzing portfolio management data to generate insights for prioritization, risks, opportunities and business value.
- Facilitate collaboration with business, process, data and technology stakeholders to deliver value from people, process, data and technology improvements, including AI-enabled solutions. Track development progress, business readiness, adoption actions and opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Support Smart MSC and AI Studio governance routines, including portfolio reviews, initiative tracking, decision preparation, risk and dependency management, and follow-up of actions and commitments.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in project management, project delivery processes and portfolio management.
- Experience in transformation, operational excellence or process improvement project management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and leading or coaching employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in complex stakeholder management.
- Experience working with AI tools and assistants
- Advanced English.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMI Project Management Professional certification.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Experience using project management and analytical tools.
- Experience supporting artificial intelligence, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with portfolio governance, adoption, business readiness or value realization activities.
- Advanced Spanish.
