Job Purpose and Impact

The Contract Execution will execute a limited scale of customer service activities for a single site team. In this role, you will provide clerical or administrative tasks to help optimize processing complex orders from customers and resolving order or delivery issues.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures.
• Participate in executing customer service strategies.
• Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to maintaining and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Be responsible for contract execution of feed, grain and oil biz. Coordinate and analyses data. Assist supervisor with team management and process management, make as a bridge between inner and outer of company to smooth the communication.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written) skills, CET-6 or above is preferred.
• Two years minimum in the Crushing, Grain and Oilseeds industry work as an execution.
• Good analysis skills and logic.
• Familiar with Office Software and analysis skill.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure, requires with high sense of responsibility, accountability and team spirit.
• Good communication and collaboration skill, listening.
• Good independence in thinking and problem resolving capacity.
