What We Look For
- Registered with the Turkish Employee Agency (İŞKUR) with a disability rate of 40% or more
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Qualifications and experience aligned with potential career opportunities at Cargill
- Advanced English Proficiency (spoken and written)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and willing to learn and grow
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute new ideas
