Principal Accountabilities:

• Utilize SAP to perform daily shipping and receiving transactions.
• Receive and unload incoming raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
• Schedule carrier appointments for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Load finished products onto trucks and railcars.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including international and hazardous material shipments.
• Package finished products in totes and drums.
• Track shipments and deliveries to ensure plant readiness.
• Support plant operations by coordinating with schedulers, planners, customer service, and other support functions.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and perform rail switching activities.
• Support production through raw material handling, product transfers, filter press cleaning, and compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:

• Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third­ party employer.
• Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred qualifications:

• Two years of experience in manufacturing or chemical plants
• Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment
• Experience with SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
