This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions. 

As a Meal Loader, you play an important role in keeping our supply chain running safely and efficiently. You’ll make sure trucks and railcars are ready to load, operate the systems that fill them with the right product and quantities, and help keep everything moving smoothly. You don’t need to come in as an expert — we’ll teach you how to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and maintain a clean, well organized workspace.

Job Type: Full Time
Shift Available: Rotating / Swing shift 
Compensation: $25.93 - $29.50/hr (once qualified)

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Troubleshoot the loading process, identifying issues and making minor mechanical adjustments when needed
  • Enter work orders when maintenance or mechanic support is required
  • Independently load trucks and railcars, using computer systems to ensure the correct product type and quantity every time.
  • Operate mobile powered equipment (such as rail mover, forklifts, or similar equipment).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support reliability and smooth operations.Performs other related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately.
  •  High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to read instructions and document work clearly.}
  • Ability to work safely at heights, climb ladders, enter confined spaces, and work in both hot and cold temperatures
  • Comfort working in industrial environments, including dust, loud noise, and outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production demands.
