Director, PMO & Sales Enablement
Job Purpose and Impact
The Director, PMO & Sales Enablement will lead projects and programs within a portfolio, with responsibility for advancing OGD, AOP and sales enablement priorities. In this role, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management. The role will also help translate strategy into execution through AOP project pipeline governance, progress tracking, business impact review and sales enablement support, including capability development and CRM adoption where needed.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
• Lead OGD-related initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment to support strategic priorities, operating model effectiveness and business growth.
• Build, govern and continuously improve the AOP strategic project pipeline, ensuring clear prioritization, disciplined execution and measurable business impact.
• Track project progress, pipeline performance and business outcomes, providing transparent reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Support sales enablement priorities, including sales capability development, effective CRM adoption and process discipline to improve commercial effectiveness.
• Ensure team adheres to internal and external quality standards.
• Oversee team members that monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
• Lead project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and determine resource requirements.
• Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, commercial excellence or strategy execution
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, managing project governance and translating strategy into execution
Preferred Qualifications
• Three years of supervisory experience
• Experience with AOP, OGD, strategic project pipeline management or sales enablement
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across functions and leadership levels
• Project management certification, change management or continuous improvement experience
• Project management certification, change management experience or familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
