Compensation: $23.00/hr
Shift Differential: $0.50/hr 

Job Overview
The JIB Warehouse Operator supports safe and efficient production by operating forklifts and other warehouse and packaging equipment. This role is responsible for moving materials, supporting production schedules, and assisting with equipment troubleshooting. The position plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.

What You will Do

  • Operate forklifts, palletizers, packaging, and material handling equipment to move, store, and stage materials for production and shipment
  • Move pallets and materials between production lines, warehouse areas, and storage locations while supporting production schedules
  • Receive, issue, prepare, and document materials using computerized systems while verifying documentation and inspecting for damage
  • Perform minor equipment troubleshooting, basic maintenance, line changeovers, and part replacements as needed
  • Ensure safe, organized storage of products and assist others using a strong understanding of warehouse processes and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, food‑safe work environment by performing housekeeping duties and following all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written
  • Able to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and  capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing,  bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation and while  using appropriate PPE
  • Basic computer skills

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous forklift operating experience
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical components or systems
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with SAP or a computerized maintenance management system
  • Inventory systems knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent
