Job Purpose and Impact
The Corporate Card Program Specialist supports the administration and operational delivery of the company's global corporate card program, including Travel, Purchasing, Virtual, and Meeting Card products. The role is responsible for providing cardholder support, maintaining program controls, supporting financial risk management, resolving card-related issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of card program processes. The position works closely with employees, finance teams, expense management teams, and the card issuer to support a compliant, reliable, and user-friendly payment program.
Key Accountabilities
• CORPORATE CARD PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Administer the global corporate card program across multiple card products, ensuring effective management of cardholder accounts throughout the account lifecycle.
• CARDHOLDER SUPPORT AND SERVICE DELIVERY: Provide guidance and support to cardholders and stakeholders to facilitate efficient program participation and resolution of card-related inquiries.
• CARD PROGRAM COMPLIANCE: Support adherence to corporate card policies, program controls, and governance requirements to promote responsible card usage and mitigate risk.
• CREDIT AND FINANCIAL RISK MONITORING: Monitor program credit utilization, account status, and spending capacity to support business operations while maintaining appropriate financial controls. Identify and escalate potential risks related to credit exposure and delinquency.
• FRAUD AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Coordinate the investigation and resolution of fraudulent activity, disputed transactions, and payment exceptions to protect company assets and minimize disruption to cardholders.
• BANKING PARTNER COORDINATION: Partner with the corporate card issuer to support account administration, issue resolution, credit management activities, and ongoing program operations.
• FINANCIAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT: Collaborate with expense, accounting, treasury, payment and other finance teams to support transaction processing, payment activities, reconciliation efforts, and overall program effectiveness. Support card-related activities associated with ERP implementations and organizational changes.
• DOCUMENTATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT: Maintain accurate program records, account information, controls documentation, and supporting data to ensure audit readiness and operational integrity.
• REPORTING AND PROGRAM ANALYTICS: Prepare and analyze program metrics, credit utilization information, card usage trends, compliance indicators, and operational performance reporting.
• PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND PROGRAM OPTIMIZATION: Identify and support opportunities to improve program efficiency, user experience, controls, and operational effectiveness through process and technology enhancements.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferred in banking, card payments or AP operations
• Excellent English language
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a banking card center is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Advanced Excel skills

Working hours Monday to Friday from 10 to 19.
