Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Marketing Coordinator will bridge brand strategy and in-store execution, ensuring category, shopper, and market insights are translated into effective commercial activation plans. The position will drive category growth by developing customer-focused strategies, category management recommendations, and trade marketing initiatives that enhance execution, visibility, and business performance across channels.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Consumer Insights teams, this professional will influence key stakeholders, support innovation launches, and transform market opportunities into actionable plans that accelerate category and portfolio growth.

Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with category and brand strategies to support trade marketing best in class execution (volume, market share, and profitability objectives)
- Design, in alignment with trade marketing, and execute customer and channel activation programs across Retail and Foodservice leveraging shopper experience and category ambitions.
- Support Sales teams with tools, materials, and programs that strengthen customer engagement and category growth.
- Coordinate promotional initiatives, in-store visibility, and point-of-sale activation. Ensure flawless execution of New Product Developments (NPDs), Equity Projects, and portfolio initiatives by translating consumer insights and category opportunities into effective customer activation and launch plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of trade programs and identify opportunities to improve impact and ROI, in alignment with trade marketing and SRM team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless execution in market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Solid experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies
- Experience in Category Management
- Experience in Shopper Marketing and in analyzing market, category, and shopper insights data
- Knowledge of Nielsen, Scanntech, and/or Kantar Worldpanel
- Intermediate English proficiency
