Wyalusing Protein Processing Plant
With a population of 600, Wyalusing is a small borough in Bradford County, located in northeastern Pennsylvania. Home to approximately 1,200 employees, Cargill has been a part of Wyalusing since 2002, taking over the Taylor Packing Company, which was established in 1941. The facility processes around 1,500 head of cattle per day and operates three shifts: the first shift for production and case-ready/grinding, the second shift for case-ready/grinding and sanitation, and the third shift for sanitation.
