Job Purpose and Impact

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Associate Integrated Marketing Manager – Digital Analytics to join our Food NA Marketing team. In this role, you’ll dive deep into performance data across digital marketing channels, uncover actionable insights, and build reporting tools that guide strategic decisions and improve ROI.

You’ll be a critical player in telling the story of marketing’s business impact through attribution modeling, dashboard development, and campaign performance analysis. This role blends analytics, storytelling, and collaboration—ideal for someone who thrives in data platforms and lives to find the “why” behind the numbers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead complex digital marketing campaigns and full aspects of the execution plan, such as digital marketing campaign planning and execution, content creation and posting, web updates, campaign optimization, email marketing and digital channel integration.
  • Support digital channel management through use of front end interactive technologies, including usability, design, user interface and device strategy, facilitating an understanding of engagement metrics and providing regular complex performance analysis.
  • Perform complex channel analysis and integration techniques to provide an understanding of customer touchpoints, marketing channels and opportunities for channel integration.
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of relevant technology, external regulation and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences and reading specialist media.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across digital strategies and collaborate to adjust approaches to drive continuous improvement across digital channels.
  • Lead the development of search engine optimization planning and activities to increase organic web traffic.
  • Lead the development and delivery of paid search, social media and display advertising.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing performance data across multiple channels and platforms (paid search, programmatic, email, social, website).
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models, funnel reporting, or customer journey analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex data into concise visualizations and compelling narratives for marketing and commercial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), PowerBI, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

External Applicant Information

The expected base salary for this position is approximately $95,000 to $150,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal. At Cargill we put people first.
