Job Purpose and Impact

The Administrative Assistant – Global Strategic Marketing & Technology will provide administrative support on a global level for several executive team leader members and participate in administrative day-to-day activities related to the project managing, events organization and stakeholder communications. In this role, you will participate in the global project initiatives the team is involved in.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements for several executives in the department.
• Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing data entry into one or more systems.
• Receive, relay, and respond to varied and routine administrative requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in projects and team discussions supporting and organizing team meetings and internal team activities.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
• Proven experience working in a global environment and dynamics – working closely with executive leaders in the team.
• Fluent English language skills – written and verbal. Any additional language would be considered and advantage.
• Background in project management, event organization and support team environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail, able to work and coordinate daily tasks autonomously
