Job Purpose and Impact

The Associate Professional, Environment, Health & Safety Operations job supports routine environment, health and safety activities related to risk identification, regulatory compliance and operational discipline in assigned areas. Under close supervision, this job supports implementation of environment, health and safety standards, maintains performance information and assists with environment, health and safety systems and practices. This job partners to support identification of environment, health and safety risks and help maintain alignment with environment, health and safety priorities and regulatory expectations.

Key Accountabilities

• EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM & BUSINESS INTEGRATION: Supports collaboration with operations and functional teams by maintaining environment, health and safety information and helping coordinate activities that align environmental, health and safety priorities with assigned operational needs.
• EHS RISK MANAGEMENT: Supports risk identification activities within assigned areas by collecting information, documenting findings and helping track action items to support risk reduction.
• EHS STANDARDS DEPLOYMENT & CAPABILITY BUILDING: Supports implementation of environment, health and safety standards, tools and practices and assists with training coordination, knowledge sharing and practical application activities.
• COMPLIANCE AUDIT & INSPECTION: Conducts routine environment, health and safety compliance activities, audits, inspections and verification tasks by preparing documentation, maintaining records and tracking follow up actions.
• PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING: Maintains key performance indicator data, supports report preparation and helps identify basic trends or recurring issues for review.
• EHS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Supports updates to environment, health and safety procedures and job aids to improve consistency and application.

Qualifications

• No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
