Director, Business Implementation
Job Purpose and Impact
The Business Implementation Director will effectively lead all phases of Food APAC’s SAP deployments and migrations including pre deployment, deployment, cutover and post-go live support. In this role, you will drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and partner effectively with all levels of the business organization as well as the supporting functions.
Key Accountabilities
• Accountable for the delivery of SAP ERP to Food APAC and related projects including pre-deployment work, deployment and post-go live support through stabilization.
• Lead key end to end decision points on scope regarding business management software functionality and footprint.
• Ensure organizational readiness and leadership commitment to successful execution.
• Prepare and drive the business to change both how work gets done and what talent is needed to sustain the change.
• Monitor performance of the portfolio of initiatives to ensure adherence to quality, schedule, scope and budget and take corrective action where needed with a primary focus of on-time delivery.
• Provide strategic leadership, development and talent management activities for direct reports and their organizations, which may include forecasting resource needs, recruiting, hiring, performance management, training, and budgeting. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Credible track record to achieve compromise and conclusion in complex relationships within a matrix, and handle key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Systems thinker able to understand how process, data, people and technology work in tandem to drive the business system.
• Track record of results-based execution on large-scale initiatives
• Business background with strong process and organizational skillset
• Confirmed ability to embrace and motivate change in the organization; views change as an opportunity as opposed to as a threat.
• Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
• Significant experience leading multiple complex SAP deployment projects
• Project management experience in a pure project management role
