Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Process & ERP Deployment Change Communications & Education Lead will lead the design and rollout a enterprise-wide CCE Strategy in support of complex ERP implementations, as well as the continuous improvement and lifecycle management of all interconnected processes within ANH. In this role, you will plan and lead all change, communication, and education activities to ensure processes, data and information are established and streamlined for successful ERP implementations and continuous improvement programs across the global organization. You will serve as point of contact for all ERP Deployment CCE leads by providing high value strategic consulting, hands on guidance in design and use of transformation tools and road maps to ensure effective delivery of change management solutions. Leveraging from the Cargill Change Management guidelines and corporate-level resources, you will be accountable for the creation, management, and continuous improvement of ANH CCE assets. Role is also accountable for results and resolution of complex problems and will partner collaboratively with all levels within the organization to ensure that all change management activities are coordinated and aligned to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement through program wide change plans.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the implementation of CCE Strategy and Execution for all ANH system and process deployments to enable business capabilities and deliver the desired business result focusing on development of change management, communication, and education base strategy road map and enabling assets.
  • Ensure full alignment with standard Cargill Change Processes while adapting the standard processes and artifacts to support specific ANH business requirements, system configurations and processes, and ensure we meet the business needs and establish program governance procedures for critical decision-making activities including stage gate and steering committee reviews providing all necessary data required for successful execution of CCE plan .
  • Partner with technical teams to understand the scope of business processes to enable business capabilities and understand business process health and quality metrics for sustainable change, communication, and education.
  • Execute the change plan and promote process change in the organization in partnership with the change, communication, and education lead in each ERP deployment to ensure consistent execution of CCE strategy and stakeholder engagement on change plans while creating a network of change champions through the ERP program.
  • Provide regular progress measures to identify variances from the plan, take corrective actions as needed to continuously improve ERP deployment CCE effectiveness 
  • Define CCE deployment objectives and scope utilizing knowledge of project management practices and procedures, develop and maintain robust change management, communication and education tools and templates to activate the change strategy and accelerate change management activities for application across ANH’s global ERP deployment program.
  • Develop and Execute change plans in support of Process Lifecycle Management and Continuous Improvement Projects, as well as to promote process change across the organization as we continue on our Business Process Maturity path.
  • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and are expected to be a strategic contributor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years of related work experience supporting the deployment of ERP projects
  • Experience on the creation and management of change communication and education (CCE) assets for Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Programs
  • While overall travel is expected to average 25%, Must be willing to travel up to 50% during Deployment and Business Requirement phases of projects and programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading migration of previously established designed processes
  • Experience leading and managing projects with change management elements
  • Experience on the creation and management of Continuous Improvement / Business Transformation programs
  • Certification in Change Management

Additional Information

  • Compensation
    • The expected salary for this position is $145-165K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
  • Benefits
    • Full-Time (30+ hours) positions are eligible for a benefit package including the following (subject to certain collective bargaining agreements for Union positions): Paid time off; paid holidays; medical, vision, and dental coverage; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability insurance; retirement savings; employee and family assistance program (EAP)

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
