PROPÓSITO E IMPACTO DEL TRABAJO

El/La OM Associate SSR - Food LATAM será responsable de reportar los faltantes de inventario y efectivo generados durante la venta diaria, deberá llevar a cabo investigaciones generales de baja complejidad y conciliaciones en cuenta . En este rol, responderá a las consultas de los clientes basadas en diferencias generadas en el post venta y otras herramientas de orientación. 

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

  •  Identificar y reportar las diferencias de inventario o efectivo generadas en el ruteo.
  •  Mantener contacto frecuente con los equipos relacionados a las ventas.
  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes proporcionando servicios antes, durante y después de una transacción.
  • Comunicar información que requiera alguna explicación o interpretación.
  • Proporcionar servicio al cliente a clientes internos, proveedores.
  • Compilar datos y preparar, revisar y auditar una variedad de informes.
  • Manejar los problemas básicos bajo supervisión directa, escalando con su supervisor los problemas de mayor complejidad.
  • Otros deberes asignados.

CALIFICACIONES

MÍNIMAS

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria, nivel de educación secundaria o equivalente
  • Mínimo de dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada 

PREFERIBLES

  • Bachiller Universitario o estudiante Avanzado de carreras como finanzas, administración,economia, contabilidad, etc)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (Oral- Written)
  • Nivel de Excel avanzado
  • Conocimiento en Power BI 
  • Conocimiento en SAP
