Job Purpose and Impact
The CTC NA Account Receivables Team Lead will handle order and trade settlement to cash activities and process new customer data and maintenance. In this role, you will invoice and bill, perform cash applications and handle customer credits, collections and dispute management and other period end close processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Build trusting internal & external partnerships to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate effectively to achieve better results or desired outcomes, participating in special projects.
- Raises the standards or expectations of the organization by role modeling excellence, Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct initial analysis and interpret the results and business trends. Analyze data, Customer behaviors and drive root cause analysis & resolution.
- Provide consistent reporting that incorporates root cause analysis and trends for Account Receivables and operational support to analysts.
- Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced English
- Advanced Office
- SAP and JDE
- Experience in continuous improvement processes
- Experience in complex processes and total account receivables cycle
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
Preferred
- Extensive experience in finance operations with good expertise in order and trade settlement to cash processes
- Experience doing onsite migration and creating effective desktop procedures and standard operating procedures
- Experience in Account Receivables processes for NA
