Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Senior Customer Insights Associate will be leading Cargill's biggest customer engagement program: Cargill Customer Connect. In this role, you will plan and execute the research, analyze and synthesize the results and generate insights that will be presented to business stakeholders. You will also play a significant role influencing to activate fit for purpose findings from the research to help commercial stakeholders make more informed decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Regularly bring and promote the voice of the customer and consumer to the organization in cross functional meetings and team discussions through any available source of knowledge and insights.
- Gather, organize, analyze, synthesize and curate complex and multi modal sources of data, knowledge and information to distill meaning for commercial teams, identify key impacts and generate cross functional insights from multiple complex and diverse bodies of research.
- Lead, plan and execute various complex end to end customer and consumer research projects to generate, disseminate and activate relevant insights that support commercial needs and drive strategy.
- Apply full knowledge of research tools, systems and methodologies to continuously improve customer and consumer insights processes and activities.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Broad knowledge of customer and consumer research tools, methodologies and suppliers
- In depth understanding of commercial functions and innovation and how those functions connect with insights activities
- In depth understanding of the market environment and its implications for customer and consumer insights activities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Compensation Data
The expected salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
