Overview of the Internship program at Cargill Bulgaria

  • The Internship is 6 months long, it is paid and our goal is to find talents that will permanently join us in our journey to help the world thrive.
  • We offer 30 working hours per week, adjustable as per your university program.
  • Paid internship, on-site working model
  • You will be able to schedule your working hours according to your personal needs within working week.
  • We are looking for 1 intern to join our HR Operations team
  • Target starting date – June 16th, 2025

Job Purpose and Impact
Give a kick-start to your career by entering the internship program of Cargill Capability Center in Sofia. You will be an essential part of Cargill's EMEA HR organization and you will learn and perform “live” activities based on the needs and requirements of our business units in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support HR Operations team in a key project about Labor Book administration
  • E-Vacation tool – management of leaves and support e-signature enrollment
  • Other documents management – creation of personnel file for new hires
  • Participate in additional daily tasks within the HR Operations team assigned by the direct manager


Minimum Qualifications

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business administration, Business economics and management – preferable in the 2nd, 3rd or 4th year
  • Attention to details
  • Very good written and verbal English skills
  • Interest to work in an ambiguous environment and with colleagues located in a remote office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
