Job Purpose and Impact
The Creative Studios Account Manager will manage the portfolio of creative projects across the business, including leading process standardization, project intake, and prioritization of projects based on business strategy. In this role, you will provide transparency into the business's creative projects portfolio through reporting and integration with other business planning processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.
The Creative Studios Account Manager will monitor and assign new project requests, balance workload among team resources, and guide and manage creative projects that meet business and partner objectives, providing marketing input to ensure briefs are met and outputs are effective.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the flow of creative projects from intake to completion to align processes, resources and deliverables while serving as the primary point of contact for internal partners of the Creative Studios team through the duration of projects.
- Validate and prioritize creative projects, monitor progress, ensure appropriate resource needs, manage the portfolio management dashboard and provide training.
- Drive continuous improvement of creative project management practices in alignment with industry standards and best practices to ensure business objectives and strategic priorities are met.
- Facilitate collaboration with other process stakeholders to deliver value, track progress and identify opportunities for optimization initiatives such as demand forecasting.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in project management using Adobe Workfront to monitor and assign new project requests, build and adapt project workflows, create timelines that align with project plans, and generate reports of projects and overall team performance.
- Experience in coordination, development and production of creative projects, marketing execution and delivery, and translating marketing briefs into creative briefs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with experience guiding resources on cross-functional teams and coaching employees at various levels of the organization.
- Minimum of four years of related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing projects in either an in-house or external creative agency
- Experience using project management, reporting and analytical tools
- Advanced knowledge of or certification in Adobe Workfront project management
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
