Associate Analyst - Ethics and Compliance
Job Purpose and Impact
The Ethics and Compliance Specialist I, will contribute to the design, development, implementation and awareness of the organization's business ethics policies. In this role, you will apply basic principles, theories and concepts to help ensure company business complies with regulations and laws.
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to developing employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a companywide compliance program.
- Provide administrative and operational support for third-party due diligence processes to ensure adherence to the organization’s compliance framework, including anti-bribery and trade sanctions regulations.
- Assist in maintaining, updating, and administering compliance policies by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to AML / Sanctions; Due Diligence will be preferred
- Shift timings will be 12 PM to 9 PM IST
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and basic compliance knowledge
