Job Purpose and Impact

Lead and continuously enhance the company's global Anti-Bribery Program, providing subject-matter expertise, governance, risk oversight, monitoring, training, and business guidance to prevent, detect, and mitigate bribery and corruption risks across global operations. The role will also lead the company's Anti-Fraud Program, including prevention, detection, risk assessment, and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

• Global Anti-Bribery & Anti-Fraud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience managing Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption programs across international markets, with experience leading or supporting Anti-Fraud programs, including prevention, detection, and remediation. 
• Third-Party Risk: Leads third-party due diligence, lifecycle compliance, and M&A due diligence & integration. 
• Program Design & Deployment: Advises on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of Cargill's global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Fraud programs across businesses and functions. 
• Data Analysis: Uses data, dashboards, and AI tools to identify trends, monitor risks, and measure program effectiveness.
• Communication: Leads the development and deployment of training and communications and supports awareness initiatives to drive understanding and adoption.
• Stakeholder Management: Advises Ethics & Compliance leadership, employees, and internal partners on regulatory and program requirements.
• Investigations & Audits: Conducts or provides input on complex investigations and audits related to bribery, corruption, and fraud matters applying forensic techniques and data analysis tools to evaluate findings and support recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• 8+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Anti-Corruption, Investigations, Audits, Risk Management, or related functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and presenting training to business leaders.
• Experience supporting and managing mandatory compliance processes and controls.

Preferred

• Law degree (JD, Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent)
• Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance, or a related field (e.g., CCEP, CFE, CAMS, or CIA) is preferred.

Compensation Data

The expected salary for this position is approximately $165,000 to $200,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal. 

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
