Job Purpose and Impact

• The TAG (Treasury Advisory Group) Senior Analyst job develops treasury consulting services for defined organizational divisions to improve the financial well-being of the organization. With minimal supervision, this job applies full knowledge to develop financial and risk management policies and procedures, provide complex advisory services, perform financial modeling and forecasting, and handle analytical and strategic projects across the organization. The role is regional and covers all countries that Cargill operates in across APAC excluding China. 
• Seasoned professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. Manages large projects or processes. Coaches and reviews the work of other professionals. Problems faced are difficult (i.e requires significant effort) and often complex (i.e involves multiple layers and components to solve). Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures. 

Key Accountabilities

• FINANCIAL MODELING: Performs and designs complex financial modeling and provides advisory services for the defined organizational divisions.
• POLICY COMPLIANCE: Develops financial policies and procedures and provides advisory services to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• ADVISING: Advises businesses across the APAC region on financial markets, funding, foreign exchange and methods for mitigating financial risks, in addition to advising businesses during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for the defined organizational divisions by applying knowledge in treasury and risk.
• RISK REPORTING: Coordinates the preparation of reports on treasury related risks and educates businesses on ways to mitigate financial risks.
• BANKING RELATIONSHIPS: Fosters new banking relationships and maintains positive relationships with key partners in the region to improve funding options. Liase with banks and businesses to address service and relationship issues. 

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
