Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Project Portfolio Supervisor will lead the portfolio management and project vision and oversight activities for R&D projects for the Latin America Region covering all lines, categories and channels of the Food Latam Division. In this role, you will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between project management and planning, the project team, product line management, and the Global PMO R&D. You will provide strategic vision and review project proposals to determine the timeframe, the limitations of funding and the procedures for carrying out projects within the scope of the R&D team and businesses in the Food Latam area.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the regional project portfolio, understanding the allocation of resources between product lines, channels and analyzing their return and monitoring the delivery of the established goals and KPI's
- Responsible for being the R&D interlocutor with commercial, category, operations and marketing areas in the establishment of short, medium and long-term goals of the R&D project portfolio.
- Create and manage prioritization processes with the commercial, category, operations and marketing teams, ensuring strategic alignment and monitoring the portfolio and its execution with the project managers. Identify and resolve roadblocks to completing the project on time and on budget.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Lead the project teams of the B2C areas, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing project schedules and determining resource requirements.
- Oversee monitoring and reporting on the status of projects, including cost, time, and personnel.
- Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Other minimum qualifications may apply

- Two years of supervisory experience
Previous Beneficial Experience
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring and management of internal projects from inception to completion.
- Participate in monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments, or feature additions.
