General Operators are vital to our daily operations. Examples of roles include preparing meat to be cooked, palletizing boxed product, administration work, using scanners and computers to track product, and verifying quality and accuracy. Please note, specific roles will vary greatly by plant and location. Safety is always our number one priority, and no matter your experience level, we'll train you for success. Job Location: London, Ontario
Job Type: Part Time
Shift(s) Available: 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (4:00pm-12:30am)
Compensation: $26.00/hr

What You Will Do

  • Handle, lift, and process meat products by trimming, cutting, or removing fat, defects, or contamination using knives or other tools.
  • Support production by performing routine, repetitive tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Weigh, label, bag, pack, and box finished products to meet customer and quality specifications.
  • Perform job duties in a fast-paced, cold, or warm production setting with required PPE while engaging in physical tasks such as standing for long periods of time, climbing, bending, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance and product integrity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
  • Knife-handling skills or experience working with cutting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes
  • Work history in the last 12 months.
