Job Purpose and Impact
Associate Global Mobility Operations Specialist assists with the implementation and administration of global mobility policy and short or long term international assignments, including immigration services. Under close supervision, this job helps administering and interpreting policies and regulations to facilitate the allocation of payments to expatriate allowances.
* This position offers temporary contract for 2 years.
Key Accountabilities
- PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: Supports the development, administration and interpretation of policies, programs and regulations, ensuring accurate payment of all expatriates allowances as well as related items such as moving expenses.
- PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Collects data related to global mobility programs, such as cost projections, assignment durations, and employee satisfaction to support program implementation efficiency.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates with key partners to ensure seamless coordination and successful implementation of global mobility policies and programs.
- PROGRAM ANALYSIS: Supports standard analysis and reporting of international assignments data, including assignment costs, employee demographics, and assignment success metrics.
- EMPLOYEE DATA MANAGEMENT - Works on the setup and maintenance of the HR profiles of the Global mobility cases during the assignment.
- PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Supports the coordination of administrative tasks and interprets routine local, state and federal laws regulating global mobility practices to maintain the organization's compliance with relevant regulations associated with expatriates.
Qualifications
- No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in an HR-related role or in maintaining HR-related data will be considered an advantage.
