This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.
As an Elevator Operator, you play a key role in keeping our processing line running smoothly and efficiently. This is hands on, fast moving work where every shift brings variety. You’ll help ensure grain moves safely and reliably through the facility, troubleshoot equipment issues, check product quality to guide next steps, and support a clean, safe work environment.

Compensation: $25.93 - $30.07/hr (once qualified in position)

Principal Accountabilities:
- Independently operate equipment in the elevator, including the grain dryer and truck dump
- Operate mobile powered equipment as needed (e.g., forklift, skid steer)
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot process issues and apply common solutions to keep production flowing
- Provide backup support for the extraction operator when needed
- Acts as secondary boiler operator, supplementing the primary operator during normal operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and level of the role
Requiered Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to troubleshoot basic industrial equipment issues
- Ability to independently operate a production process, including making decisions to maintain quality within established parameters
- Comfortable performing physical tasks that involve constant movement throughout the shift
- Ability to safely climb ladders, work at heights, enter confined spaces, and work in both hot and cold temperatures
- Comfort working in environments that may include dust, loud noise, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to independently operate computer systems used to run industrial equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills
- Experience interacting with customers in a professional setting
- Active or interest in obtaining a Boiler Operator License
