A/O Auxiliar Administrativa(o) fornecerá suporte administrativo a equipe e ao departamento logístico de produto acabado na Fábrica de Ilhéus - BA . Buscamos um profissional que dê apoio ao fluxo de recebimento de insumos, embalagens, matéria prima, suportando as rotinas administrativas de pagamento/requisições de compra do setor.

Principais Responsabilidades
- Realizar trabalhos administrativos de rotina dentro de procedimentos estabelecidos.
- Inserir dados de rotina em formulários padrões, gerenciar arquivos e documentos eletrônicos.
- Receber e retransmitir mensagens eletrônicas de fontes internas e externas.
- Lidar com questões básicas de suporte administrativo, técnico ou de clientes sob supervisão direta.
- Outros deveres como atribuído
Qualificações
- Conhecimento de atividades administrativas
- Conhecimento no sistema SAP
- Excel intermediário
