Job Purpose and Impact

The Workplace Experience Specialist performs advanced support activities for front of house and occupant facing services across corporate office environments. Working under limited supervision, this job supports service desk, conference centers, amenities, move coordination, on site vendor services (cleaning, catering, maintenance, etc.) and events to ensure consistent service delivery and workplace experience. This job follows established service standards, supports service delivery activities and assists in identifying and resolving service issues to maintain operational continuity within leased or multi-tenant spaces.

Key Accountabilities

• WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE SERVICES: Acts as service desk, supports conference centers and workplace amenities, service programs & events to maintain a consistent occupant experience and assist in resolving service issues.
• SERVICE DELIVERY COORDINATION: Assists with the execution of tenant services such as space moves, event support and workplace services to support smooth and efficient service delivery and escalate service issues as needed.
• VENDOR SERVICES MANAGEMENT: Supports vendor coordination and tracks service completion to ensure adherence to service expectations and standards.
• SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT: Supports tracking of service requests, user feedback and operational metrics to assist in identifying service issues and improvement opportunities.
• BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Assists with invoice processing, tracks service related expenses and supports efficiency opportunities identification.
• OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborates with cross functional teams and vendors to assist with workplace changes and service continuity, escalating issues to minimize disruption to occupants.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. 
• Willingness to become a member of the Emergency Response team.
• Readiness to work fully onsite at the Schiphol office.
