Principal Accountabilities
- Engaging with Cargills workforce to support, solve & prevent Admin PC issues. (Including hardware, software, drivers, submitting tickets, etc)
- Manage Printers, Krono clocks, Cameras, Electronic Access Control Systems, Wireless Access Points, and help with Network switches as needed
- Develop preventative maintenance procedures to maintain equipment associated with Admin equipment throughout the facility, including the management of parts inventory and corrective actions
- Manage safety culture through training and observations
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
- 2 years work experience with computing & networking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 & 11
- 5 years work experience with computing & networking AND 2 year degree/certification or better in IT or a related field
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
