Shift(s) Available: Shift flexibility required. Must be willing and able to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts based on business needs
Compensation: $24.45/hr

Principal Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the operation and inspection of forklifts and loading dock-related equipment
- Responsible for performing and documenting the completion of assigned Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) tasks
- Comply with the company's Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
- Know and understand finished product names and characteristics
- Clean, organize, and maintain work areas
- Communicate constructively with coworkers, customers, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers
- Perform tasks in a safe manner to prevent injury to self and others
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors, management, and lead persons
- Perform work in a cooperative, courteous, and efficient manner
- Complete daily reconciliation of process orders
- Must understand and abide by Hutchinson Union Contract and Employee Production Handbook
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic use of a computer
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
- Must be able to operate machinery
- Have at least 1 year of experience in production-related work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience
- Mechanical background
- Working knowledge of MS Office Software with an emphasis on Excel and Word
