Job Purpose and Impact
The Product Manager - Talent Management & Learning will be responsible for setting the technical product strategy based on value stream and accountable for the Talent Management & Learning product’s overall outcomes. In this role, you will understand client and business needs, champion the voice of the client, build stakeholder commitment, develop technical product deployment roadmaps in partnership with the product owner and partner collaboratively across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern the technical product implementation experience. You will partner with the team on cost, return on investment and accountability to the business stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with the COE Product Owner for the technical product development
- Accountable to defining goals and creating a vision for technical product lifecycle.
- Lead Talent Management and Learning technical product innovations and roadmaps.
- Own the technical product and the associated strategy, from inception to delivery and identify business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.
- Communicate with stakeholders across the board including clients, capability owners and the product team to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress.
- Make data-driven decisions and monitor performance metrics that inform a product’s success
- Create tech product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the technical product offering over time, to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution.
- Create the technical product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.
- Partner collaboratively with the product team to build working solutions and obtain feedback as quickly as possible.
- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define change management requirements and lead the development of marketing strategies that drive adoption.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Clear understanding of agile principles such as value creation, persona-based development, and measuring business outcomes
Proven ability in making technical roadmap decisions
Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Demonstrated ability to interpret business strategy and propose relevant solutions that exceed business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing and continuously improving SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in additional SuccessFactors module including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, SFTT, Talent, a plus.
Experience leading change and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders
Prior experience building or working in a Product Model.
Prior experience evaluating and deploying Artificial Intelligence solutions.
Agile product owner certification.
Experience managing to a budget and showing ROI
Additional Information
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $150-170K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
