Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Director Indulgence leads the strategic direction and performance of the North East Europe Regional accounts organization across bakery, dairy, chocolate & confectionery, and ice cream segments, driving sustainable growth and profitability through strong team leadership. By coaching and enabling a team of Account Managers, the role ensures excellence in account planning, commercial execution, and customer engagement, while translating market insights into clear strategic actions. Acting as a key cross-functional leader, the Sales Director aligns Sales with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-centric solutions and long-term value.
Possible locations are the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland or the UK.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the Accounts strategy across bakery, dairy, chocolate & confectionery, and ice cream segments.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers, setting clear targets and driving a strong performance culture.
- Provide strategic oversight of account plans, pricing, and commercial negotiations, ensuring consistent execution and margin discipline.
- Drive business growth by guiding the team in identifying opportunities, expanding customer portfolios, and delivering value-added solutions.
- Own overall sales performance and P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategic Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-centric solutions and innovation.
- Leverage market and customer insights to shape strategy and anticipate industry trends.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience, five years of supervisory experience.
- Other minimum qualifications may apply.
