Job Purpose and Impact
The Facility Generalist, will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will manage the customer visits to both research and development centers and ensure an efficient, safe, functional, and well-maintained operation of the facilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure that all aspects of customer visits to our two research and development centers are planned, organized, and executed smoothly.
- Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.
- Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.
- Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.
- Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times
- Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.
- Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.
- Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer literate with experience using word processing and spreadsheet applications

Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - 75,000.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
