Distributor Sales Manager

This position is in our Food Enterprise where we are committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Distributor Sales Manager, will sell the company's products, services and solutions through intermediaries such as distributors and resellers. In this role, you will nurture relationships with the channel partners and distributors, implement the company's sales and marketing activities and represent the organization to promote and sell products and services.
Key Accountabilities
- Help maintain and expand relationships with organizations, providing products, services and solutions.
- Help develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales bids and presentations to channel partners and distributors.
- Promote and sell products and services to individuals or other organizations.
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
- Support business growth by disseminating favorable information of the organization and its products and services.
- Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Manage a team of area sales representatives.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in Food industry customer/channel management, preferably in chocolate, dairy, fats & oils, or culinary ingredients.
- Excellent command of Turkish and English languages.
- No travelling restrictions.

- Experience within the cocoa and/or fats & oils products portfolio.
- Background in food engineering.
