Principal Accountabilities
- Provide on the job training for new hires.
- Communicate and demonstrate training information and materials and provide recommendations and support execution of updates or improvements.
- Know and understand all areas of production and conduct training for employees.
- Assist with the implementation of environmental health and safety programs such as ramp in and monthly safety training.
- Tech Service Support
- Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- Basic computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience working in a production-related work
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining various industrial components and systems
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAP
- Experience with LMS(Learning Management Systems)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement Tools
