This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
OPIS STANOWISKA
Administrator Kontraktów jest odpowiedzialny za wprowadzanie do systemu umów sprzedaży i zakupu, monitorowanie statusu umów oraz sprawdzanie ich poprawności. W tej roli będziesz ściśle współpracować z zespołami handlu i łańcucha dostaw, aby zapewnić dokładne administrowanie kontaktami.
Oferujemy pracę w systemie hybrydowym. Zatrudnienie na zastępstwo. Szacowany czas zatrudnienia do 31.05.2027r.

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW
• Rejestrowanie kontraktów handlowych w systemie.
• Wystawianie i przesyłanie kontraktów do klientów.
• Monitorowanie statusu kontraktów.
• Sprawdzanie i rozwiązywanie problemów w przypadku niejasności w umowach, kontaktując się z odpowiedzialnymi działami w celu znalezienia rozwiązania.
• Prowadzenie i zarządzanie bazą danych klientów.
• Współpraca z działem handlowym.
KWALIFIKACJE
• Doświadczenie w pracy administracyjnej, z dokumentami.
• Praktyczna znajomość programów MS Office, w szczególności Excel.
• Znajomość j. angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację.
• Samodzielność w działaniu i łatwość w nawiązywaniu relacji.
• Skrupulatność, umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań i analityczne myślenie.
• Znajomość systemu SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem.
