Products Team Forwarder
Job Purpose and Impact
The Products Team Forwarder, will support coordinating and planning import processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will provide administrative support to issuing import licenses and completing monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
Maintain established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
Assist in executing pre and post loading processes.
Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
Help prepare and dispatch customer export orders and plan and direct the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination.
Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
University education level or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
Over 2-3 years of practical experience in import business
English skill: reading and writing can be used as a Business level working language
Familiar with using PC
