Principal Accountabilities
- Feed materials into machine adding hand measured or premeasured ingredients per specifications, operate and monitor medium cycle machine operations, make occasional basic adjustments to ensure product specifications are met.
- Collect product samples, determine adjustments needed with assistance as needed and utilize computer systems to input and record data as necessary.
- Use power tools and hand tools to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues and work with others to resolve issues.
- Responsible for food safety and quality paper and electronic tracking, including tallying production quantities, marking goods and movement of goods to storage and recording manually and through computerized systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Preferred Qualifications
- Further processing experience
- Meat production experience
- Production experience
- Work history in the last 12 months
