Purpose and Impact of the Role

We are looking for an individual to serve as a Business Process Lead (BPL) - Comercial B2B in a position with high regional exposure and active participation in the evolution of the Food LATAM commercial journey. This opportunity is ideal for those who enjoy connecting strategy, business, technology, and people, transforming challenges into practical solutions that deliver results for the organization. As part of the Food LATAM BPO team, you will act as a bridge between commercial areas and technology, data, governance, and support function teams, contributing to initiatives that drive efficiency, simplification, and standardization across the region. More than designing processes, we are looking for someone with the curiosity to understand the business, the ability to influence stakeholders, and the skills to lead change in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process mapping, redesign, and optimization initiatives (As Is / To Be), ensuring an end-to-end perspective and alignment with business strategy.
  • Conduct analyses, workshops, and structured discussions to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate strategic objectives and business needs into viable and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a facilitator for transformation, SAP/S4, growth, digitalization, compliance, and MADJV initiatives.
  • Partner with Super Users, business areas, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and sustain solutions.
  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of information related to initiatives under your responsibility within the BPO portfolio.
  • Support BPMs in periodic portfolio reviews, initiative status tracking, and the identification of risks and dependencies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in medium and high complexity initiatives, ensuring objectives are achieved and results are sustainable.
  • Support change management and adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Independently manage complex topics, escalating only when necessary.
  • Ensure the consistent application of BPO standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to strengthening a culture focused on data, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement, operations, internal consulting, PMO, BPO, or related areas.
  • Proven experience in structured problem-solving.
  • Experience working in complex corporate environments, preferably with regional/LATAM scope.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience in Commercial areas (Sales, SESO, Marketing, and/or Pricing).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred 

  • Practical knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean / CI.
  • Experience with BPM, CRM, Business Intelligence, or digital solutions.
  • Knowledge of process modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
  • Experience in organizational transformations, post-implementation stabilization, and process governance.
  • Experience with prioritization models, portfolio management, and capacity management.
  • Intermediate Portuguese.
