Job Purpose and Impact

If you are passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences and using data, content and technology to engage customers, this is an opportunity to make genuine impact.  As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will help bring campaigns to life across a range of digital channels, creating engaging content, optimising customer experiences, and turning insights into action.  Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will have the opportunity to the growth and evolution of our digital presence.  While the preferred location for this role is Melbourne, we are open to considering other locations.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using marketing automation, customer insights and analytics to improve performance.
• Manage and enhance our digital presence, including websites, content and search optimisation, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Create engaging digital content across a range of formats, including web, social media, video, blogs and other marketing communications.
• Partner with sales, customer-facing teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
• Contribute to strategic projects, customer engagement activities and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our digital capability and brand presence.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Relevant qualification in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, media, or a relevant discipline, and/or equivalent skills. Knowledge of regional Australia and agriculture would be an advantage.
• Experience supporting and delivering digital marketing activities across a range of channels, including websites, email marketing and customer communications.
• Knowledge of contemporary digital marketing practices, platforms, technologies and customer engagement approaches, with experience in CRM, marketing automation or customer journey marketing highly regarded.
• Strong written communication and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging and customer-focused communications.
• Well-developed organisational, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
