Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Payroll Administrator supports payroll processing tasks to ensure efficient service center operations. Working independently under limited supervision for routine and varied administrative tasks, this job contributes to the execution of payroll processes to support the team in the smooth delivery of a high quality payroll process, including the reconciliation of payroll records, legislation compliance and data entry, verification and administration.
Key Accountabilities
- DATA COLLECTION & ENTRY: Enters and reviews data, including personal information and fixed and variable payroll data, to provide to the payroll provider in the standard format required.
- PAYROLL RECORDS MAINTENANCE: Checks and ensures the accuracy of data for essential payroll variables such as employee salaries, bank accounts, and addresses for new hires and terminations.
- DATA QUALITY ASSURANCE: Supports the operations team in order to ensure a reliable flow of data in the payroll process, ensuring payroll data is verified and that payroll variable elements are aligned with the organization's policies.
- PAYROLL ADMINISTRATION: Performs various routine payroll process tasks, such as preparing and distributing paychecks or direct deposits, generating payroll reports, ensuring reconciliation of payroll records, and responding to employee inquiries regarding their pay.
- PAYROLL COMPLIANCE: Supports research of payroll related laws and regulations such as tax withholding requirements, wage and hour laws, and employment tax filings to help monitor and manage compliance of the organization's payroll process.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- B1 English proficiency
- Intermediate Excel Handling

- Payroll Systems Management (Global view)
