Principal Accountabilities
- Provide employee performance feedback to leadership
- Identify risks and recommend areas of improvement, innovation and training needs
- Lead process production issue troubleshooting of identifying causes and development of solutions
- Coordinate and moderate between departments to minimize disruptions and ensure continued flow between departments
- Monitor daily process production for assigned area and adhere to policies and procedures related to employee safety, food and feed safety and regulations
- Ensure that daily operations meet production schedules
- Other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• Must be able to work in the US without an humanitarian Parole status related to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua or Venezuela which is subject to the Federal Register Notice of revocation by DHS on March 25, 2025
• Must be 18 years or older
• Six months of Hatchery Experience
• Efficient in Microsoft Office and Mtech
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Valid driver’s license that meets the requirements of company policy
• Ability to read/write/speak English
Preferred Qualifications
• College and hatchery experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Effective communication skills required/ability to accomplish operations through people
