Principal Accountabilities            

  • Provide support and serve as an escalation point for system and process questions and provide guidance and support for other team members.
  • Complete and review facility metrics reports from SAP and other systems.
  • Partner with the production team to ensure production schedule is created, entered and updated in a timely manner.
  • Oversee and prioritize open issues and close user gaps through the coordination and creation of refresher training, job aids, communications, policies, etc.
  • Develop and complete user testing, data validations and other activities related to system updates and maintenance.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate throughout the life-cycle of transformation/implementation projects.
  • Verify accuracy of plant production, not limited to: monitor production inventory, process inventory, cycle counts adjustments, monitor & correct error reports, monitoring & correcting variance reports, monitoring accurate completion of process orders.
  • Have general knowledge in other functions, such as Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and FSQR.
  • Ability to be on-call for off-hour trouble shooting.
  • Use operational Health Metrics to monitor, not limited to: process order monitoring, inventory, receiving & shipping, recipes and BOM accuracy.  
  • Assist other Functions with TCA movement: traceability exercises, risk position reporting, and STO (stock transfer order) Movements.
  • Training new End Users.
  • Address consistent underperformers with plant management to maintain accurate data in TCA.
  • Validate purchase order receipts.
  • Identify, record and advance Continuous Improvement opportunities, such as PPDS production scheduling, shrink reporting, OTIF inventory variances, CONC, Junk movement.
  • SAP implementation questions and develop/update training materials and manage knowledge library.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to perform physical job duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft skills
  • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
  • Ability to be on-call for off-hour trouble shooting during weekends and evenings
  • SAP experience


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in facilitation and training
  • Forklift experience
  • Prior experience in a production or plant environment
