This position is in Cargill’s agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
Job Purpose and Impact
You will support our production site in the Höchst Industrial Park with administrative tasks. This position is available on a part-time basis (20-30 hours per week).
We are producing biodiesel and glycerin for industrial processing in Frankfurt since 2006. We employ 60 qualified and dedicated specialists on site in various areas of production and administration.
Key Accountabilities
- Administration, data entry, and control activities
- Correspondence, forwarding of incoming internal and external mail
- Maintenance and organization of the time and attendance system, control and distribution of timesheets
- Support for the organization of employee on- & offboarding
- Maintenance and administration of the training system
- Occupational health monitoring (contact with the AMZ + appointment scheduling)
- Communication & Events
- Support for communication within the plant (e.g., newsletters, maintenance and creation of local presentations and organizational charts, telephone lists)
- Support and organization of defined areas in communication with the industrial park's service provider
- Organization/coordination of events and meetings
- Office Management
- Ordering office supplies
- back up the Purchasing department (creating requisitions, processing invoices, monitoring inventory lists and reordering)
- Supporting the organisation of company clothing
- IT inventory, cell phone management
- Access authorization management
- Follow-up with the cleaning company
- Other tasks in the assigned Position
Qualifications
- Structured, efficient, and meticulous working style
- Ability to set priorities and actively contribute to problem-solving
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent German skills
