Principal Accountabilities
- Weekend work based on rotating schedule
- Walking and standing for extended periods
- Communicating with employees, leads, supervisors, and managers
- Creating documentation both written and digitally
- Ensuring general safety
- Cleanliness and housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe working environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Computer Skills
- Obtain Forklift license
- Valid Driver's License
- Communication skills
- Flexible hours
- Rotating weekend schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill experience
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Previous forklift experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
- Previous warehouse, Inventory Control or mechanical experience
