Consultant - Cyber Engineering and Tech Ops (Cyber Automation)
Job Purpose and Impact
- The Professional, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations job designs, builds, and governs production‑grade RPA / data pipelines that consume security‑platform APIs (Wiz, Defender, Tufin, etc.), embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers, and feed Azure‑based analytics. This role operates within the organization with limited supervision, while supporting operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Architect end‑to‑end bot & ETL workflows, embed AI/LLM (RAG) layers.
- Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (Git repos, build/release libraries).
- Create reusable activity modules and data‑models for use by the team.
- Define test harnesses, linting, and monitoring for all automation artifacts.
- Mentor and guide / enforce best practices.
- Architect end‑to‑end bot & ETL workflows.
- Design and own RAG pipelines that ingest, chunk and embed for interoperability with Azure OpenAI
Qualifications
3–5 yrs in RPA, ETL, or data‑ops roles.
Hands‑on experience building bots with UiPath or Power Automate (custom activities optional).
Comfortable scripting against REST APIs and handling JSON.
Prior exposure to Azure OpenAI or other LLM services is a plus, but not mandatory; will be trained.
