- Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
Principal Accountabilities
- Transports equipment needed
- Prepares operation by performing rework checks
- Accurately records rack and weight information on rack tickets and assure a ticket on each rack in numerical order
- Ensures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specifications
- Complete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the job
- Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer
- All food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, weights are in the acceptable range
- Assist on the production floor where needed
- Comply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Individual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures
- Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds all day long
Required Qualifications
- Must be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Availability to work weekends and overtime as required
- Willingness to complete procedural training for this position in the Stuffing Department
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Strong Computer knowledge and skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Must be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Production experience
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Computer Knowledge and Skills
- Work History in the last 12 months
