Milwaukee Protein Processing Plant

With a population just over 590,000, Milwaukee is the largest city in the State of Wisconsin and is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Michigan as the seat of Milwaukee County. Located in the heart of Milwaukee, Cargill’s facility proudly employs a diverse workforce of approximately 200 people. Our facility provides fresh beef, ground beef, and value-added products to some of the largest grocers in the country through private-label brands. Our team in Milwaukee promotes both food safety and personal safety above all else. We take great pride in producing quality products for our customers and ensuring the safety of all our employees.
